The Billionaire Toolkit is a leadership toolkit. It is a syllabus for extra-curricular activities for children pursuing forms 1 - 6 at Leadermold College. The aim of the BT is to transform any common child who enrols with us into a confident, humble, formidable entrepreneur whose development trajectory will continually give positive surprises to their parents, community and country for all the right reasons. Its purpose is to bridge the gap between the vigour of youth and the wisdom of age by giving worldwide entrepreneurial wisdom of the ages to our pupils while they are still teenagers. The BT demystifies innovation, invention and entrepreneurship and enables our pupils to see further and higher by ‘standing on the shoulders of the [entrepreneurial leadership] giants.
The BT also provides safe platforms to dispel myths and discuss controversial religio-cultural issues that deter – or totally bar – socio-economic prosperity of youth in Africa.
Its specific objectives are to:
i. Inspire teenagers to dream, plan and work to become rich while still young and energetic;
ii. Build the self-esteem and confidence of teenagers;
iii. Provide children with entrepreneurial leadership knowledge and skills through face to face tuition, simulations and learning tours;
iv. Facilitate meeting, interaction and alliance formation among entrepreneurially minded teenagers;
v. Prepare teenagers for success and greatness as cunning entrepreneurs; and
vi. Groom children to retain humility, focus and a Christ like character as they rise to the
zenith of entrepreneurial leadership.
